A confine tra l’Abruzzo ed il Molise e precisamente di fronte alle frecce direzionali Agnone e Capracotta, c’è un rifugio della provincia molisana, gestito e curato da Mina che si chiama "Rifugio Guado Liscia" .Alle 5 e 45 di ogni giorno Mina alza il “sipario” di quel piccolo palco a 1088 mt, a servizio degli agricoltori,fornitori,operai che passano di lì per andare al lavoro. Un caffè,un cappuccino,un grappino e altro ancora, sono il buongiorno di Mina… ma non solo. All’interno c’è una saletta con camino e tre tavoli con una finestra che affaccia…sul mondo. Tutto in stile rusticamente caldo.All’esterno è attrezzato per ospitare, quando il bel tempo lo permette, offrendo anche la possibilità di fare la brace per chi ,con pochi intimi,vuole cucinare all’aperto.Ma non finisce qui. Mina prepara un happy hour (termine che non si addice a quell’ambiente) totalmente imparagonabile a quello di città. Produzione propria di: prosciutto crudo,caciocavallo,pizza con pomodorini,frittata, il tutto accompagnato con un saporito vino bianco prodotto dal padre. Che dire ancora.. forse che non diventi un luogo tanto frequentato da dover cambiare ritmi ed ampliare l’offerta, o forse che possa essere la giusta alternativa ai bar e localini della zona da raggiungere a piedi, mentre da lei è obbligatoria l’auto o il cavallo o il mulo e probabilmente il bob invernale.La risposta la conosce solo Mina. ….
